About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze inventory levels, replenishment, planned production, and demand forecasts to optimize service levels.
  • Develop and maintain inventory system inputs, including safety stock levels, lead times, and seasonal event considerations.
  • Coordinate with traffic, production planning, and warehouse personnel to ensure accurate routing, scheduling, and storage of goods.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and sales teams to align demand with production and anticipate future needs.
  • Support Customer Service and Contract Administration by providing information on product availability and delivery schedules.
  • Generate reports regarding inventory snapshots, fulfillment performance, on-time delivery, and factory performance.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree, preferably with a STEM focus.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a warehousing or supply chain function.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, or Salesforce.com.
