Inventory Planner

Responsibilities

• Interface directly with internal and external suppliers to manage incoming material flow
• Manage inventory levels to meet company metrics and objectives
• Oversee the supplier process from order entry and release to tracking and delivery
• Monitor critical suppliers for capacity issues and long-term planning requirements
• Manage constrained items and communicate shortage situations internally
• Maintain data integrity within the ERP system

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of supply chain experience (internships and co-ops included)
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a similar field
• Knowledge of the TS16949 standard
• Experience with ERP Systems such as BPCS, PLQ/PUF, SCM, or VIN
• Ability to develop and manage supplier metrics
