About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure Group policies and standards for demand planning and inventory management are understood and enforced within the unit
- Maintain balance between inventory demand and supply for medicines, medical supplies, and general supplies
- Coordinate inventory to achieve target Days of Inventory (DIO), prevent stock-outs, and manage internal consumption and stock levels
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy
- Experience in hospital inventory management is preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to be stationed at Siloam Hospitals Palangkaraya
