About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile daily inventory transactions, adjustments, transfers, and warranty returns in ServiceTitan
- Maintain inventory master data integrity including SKU setup and location assignments
- Produce inventory reports and KPI dashboards related to stock levels and consumption trends
- Analyze inventory usage and replenishment needs to identify overstock or shortages
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory activities across all locations
- Assist with the development and maintenance of inventory SOPs and standardized warehouse processes
Requirements
- 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing teams
- Strong understanding of inventory management (FIFO, cycle counts, replenishment)
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
