Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage material resources, inventory control, and site shipping/receiving processes.
• Maintain precise inventory records and ensure proper tracking, storage, and reporting within the ERP system.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and minimize excessive, obsolete, and zero-moving inventory (EOZ).
• Develop material forecasting models to predict future needs based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
• Standardize material and product data records within SAGE X3.
• Collaborate with Product Operations, Cost Accounting, and Quality teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve material issues.
• Perform daily/weekly forklift and pallet jack operations for inventory organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in materials management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAGE X3.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
