About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage material resources, inventory control, and site shipping/receiving processes.
- Maintain precise inventory records and ensure proper tracking, storage, and reporting within the ERP system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Manage and minimize excessive, obsolete, and zero-moving inventory (EOZ).
- Develop material forecasting models to predict future needs based on production schedules and sales forecasts.
- Standardize material and product data records within SAGE X3.
- Collaborate with Product Operations, Cost Accounting, and Quality teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and resolve material issues.
- Perform daily/weekly forklift and pallet jack operations for inventory organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in materials management, inventory control, and supply chain operations.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAGE X3.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a regulated environment.
