About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage product inflow and outflow, including stockroom organization and space optimization.
- Collaborate with headquarters supply managers to share inventory data and communicate stock levels to the sales team.
- Facilitate product movement and deliveries to meet customer requests.
- Prepare and monitor inter-store transfers to promote seamless collaboration with the inventory team.
- Participate in organizing and monitoring inventory counts (cycle and accounting) and analyze discrepancies.
- Rotate through all inventory and floor areas to maintain a deep understanding of all product lines.
- Contribute actively to execution plans to achieve store goals.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- High level of autonomy and adaptability to handle high-traffic boutique environments.
- Strong collaborative spirit and a supportive mindset within a team.
- Ability to handle urgent situations and find rapid solutions.
- Passion for craftsmanship and the ability to communicate product expertise to customers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the luxury goods or leather goods industry.
