Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts and implement corrective actions for variances
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies including quantity variances and mis-picks
• Ensure proper labeling, bin management, and FIFO/FEFO compliance
• Oversee ERP/WMS transactions to ensure real-time data accuracy
• Identify system errors or process gaps in ERP/WMS workflows
• Develop and enforce inventory control procedures and lead 5S initiatives
• Manage KPIs including accuracy, cycle counts, stock turns, and write-offs

Requirements

• 3–5 years of inventory management experience in manufacturing or distribution
• Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Fishbowl, etc.)
• Strong understanding of inventory control methods and root-cause analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field preferred
• Knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
