Inventory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the inventory team in efficiently processing incoming and outgoing shipments to and from distribution centers and clients
• Strategically manage back room product placement to ensure optimal stock levels and balance
• Uphold product display standards by ensuring the right product is in the right place according to merchandising plans
• Enable seamless cross-channel shopping experiences through effective inventory management
• Support overall boutique operations, including window installations, fitting room management, and equipment maintenance
• Manage day-to-day team performance to support business objectives and employee development
