Inventory Management Support C

Responsibilities

• Support the test engineering department by receiving, stocking, and kitting materials, parts, and equipment
• Organize, audit, document, and distribute supplies and equipment in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize MRP systems (preferably Oracle) to track material movement and reconcile discrepancies
• Conduct physical inventory audits and facilitate replenishment processes for high-use or bulk materials
• Collaborate with planning, receiving, supplier quality, operations, and engineering teams to resolve issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Or an Associate's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of MRP systems and transaction history analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical, planning, organization, and time management skills
• Experience identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives
• Domain knowledge and experience with tactical radio products
