Inventory Management Support C-Demo Pool

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure items are properly logged and accounted for
• Assign equipment and materials to projects based on priority and requirements
• Receive, return, and reallocate inventory to help minimize shortages
• Lift, move, and organize inventory items as needed
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support efficient workflow
• Use Microsoft Office, Agile, and Oracle to track, research, and manage requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory processes, accuracy, and efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years of post-secondary education with 2 years of related experience
• Active U.S. military member with 180 days or fewer remaining before separation
• At least 180 continuous days of active service
• Ability to work onsite in Rochester, NY
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management, resource allocation, or supply support
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and inventory tracking tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
