About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational and professional activities of the supply chain team
- Perform scheduling and dispatching tasks during the initial onboarding period
- Coordinate and maintain communication between German management and the local team in Nyírbátor
- Monitor daily operations, managing priorities and resource capacities
- Support initiatives for process development and efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Higher education degree
- Proven experience in supply chain or logistics
- Fluent English language skills
- German language proficiency is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and openness to leadership development
