Inventory Management Group Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational and professional activities of the supply chain team
• Perform scheduling and dispatching tasks during the initial onboarding period
• Coordinate and maintain communication between German management and the local team in Nyírbátor
• Monitor daily operations, managing priorities and resource capacities
• Support initiatives for process development and efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Proven experience in supply chain or logistics
• Fluent English language skills
• German language proficiency is preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and openness to leadership development
