Inventory Management Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Manage and control finished goods inventory across multiple locations to ensure availability
• Coordinate cross-site goods movements and ensure reliable supply for warehouse and distribution sites
• Control operational order processes and coordinate goods flows considering seasonal fluctuations and promotions
• Act as a contact person for customers regarding delivery dates and availability
• Coordinate cooperation with freight forwarders and external service providers
• Identify inventory and supply bottlenecks and implement appropriate measures
• Create reports and analyses regarding inventory, goods movements, and relevant KPIs

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g., Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services or Industrial Clerk)
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, supply chain management, or order processing
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly the SD module, is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong communication, teamwork, and service orientation skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to maintain an overview in dynamic situations
