Inventory Logistics Coordinator II, Product Demos

Responsibilities

• Monitor program timetables, budgets, and project status to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate shipping logistics and repairs with internal and external customers
• Manage large capital support products, including instruments and disposables
• Provide technical support, including system training, documentation, and data review
• Communicate regularly with customers via phone and email to provide status updates
• Gather and compile information for various operational reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 80 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• Previous experience working in a distribution center or service depot
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and experience working with inventory and numerical data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
