Inventory & Logistic Lead

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound material and verify receipts for compliance with documentation, quantity, and part numbers
• Inspect received material for compliance with product certifications and specifications
• Induct material into inventory using cleanroom-appropriate labeling and storage
• Maintain proper inventory levels using min/max stocking strategies
• Implement a rigorous physical inventory cycle count process
• Monitor shelf-life storage and maintain proper stock rotation
• Stage and disburse material, parts, and kits to support Production Operations
• Manage shipping needs including packaging, tracking, and delivery
• Contribute to import, export, and global trade needs
• Identify and maintain key operational processes and KPIs for logistics excellence
• Maintain accurate records in business systems
• Ensure safe handling of inventory and material handling equipment

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in inventory or logistics
• ERP system experience (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent)
• Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• High School Diploma or equivalent (BS/BA desired)
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected person

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in both small and large company environments
• Knowledge of implementing and growing logistics functions
• Certification in handling Hazardous Materials
• Experience in product packaging and customer shipments
• Forklift Certification
