Inventory Intern

Responsibilities

• Utilize system tools to detect and resolve overstock situations within B2C and B2B warehouses
• Apply analytics to identify excess inventory and drive redistribution or liquidation strategies
• Manage eCommerce SKU availability across distribution warehouses to ensure timely transfers
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to minimize stockouts and fulfillment delays
• Monitor inventory based on shelf life and expiry to protect product quality and reduce write-offs
• Maintain global visibility of aging stock and upcoming expiry risks through real-time tracking

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final year student in Project Management, Operations, Business, or Engineering
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Fluent in English
• Strong organizational and planning mindset with high attention to detail
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively
