Inventory Driver

Responsibilities

• Add, remove, maintain, and organize incoming and current products
• Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies
• Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory accuracy
• Properly label and categorize items for easy identification
• Locate products using technology and machinery
• Retrieve orders according to quantity and size ensuring accuracy
• Restock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment
• Maintain equipment and report on malfunctions
• Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience as an order picker or in a warehouse position
• Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Experience with RF devices
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Physical ability to lift 10-30 lbs and occasionally more with support
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods
