Inventory Data & Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own creation, maintenance, and standardization of all item master records
• Establish and enforce enterprise item naming conventions and data standards
• Manage full item lifecycle including creation, updates, and deactivation
• Enable and maintain inventory controls including par levels and reorder points
• Support and validate inventory transactions such as receipts, issues, and cycle counts
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into inventory health
• Maintain supplier-item relationships including pricing and ordering configurations
• Support implementation and optimization of inventory capabilities within Coupa
• Document and standardize inventory processes and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in inventory management, item master data, or supply chain analytics
• Experience with inventory, ERP, or procurement systems such as Coupa
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
• Strong understanding of inventory concepts like par levels and replenishment
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in inventory-intensive environments like hospitality, retail, or food service
