Inventory Data Entry Technician

Responsibilities

• Enter daily inventory transactions including receipts, issues, transfers, cycle counts, and adjustments into ERP/MRP system
• Maintain accurate item master data including part numbers, descriptions, units of measure, and bin locations
• Verify production reports, work orders, and material usage for data accuracy
• Process purchase order receipts and reconcile discrepancies with Purchasing and Receiving
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle count programs
• Operate a forklift or manual lift
• Pull/kit orders and stage parts for upcoming production
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances in coordination with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams
• Generate inventory and transaction reports for management review
• Maintain organized electronic and physical documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and internal controls

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3 years of data entry or inventory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
• Forklift certification or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year Degree
• NetSuite certification
