Inventory Counter 2

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts to verify physical inventory against system records
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues promptly
• Enter and update cycle count results in the ERP/WMS system
• Physically verify item locations, labeling, and bin organization
• Communicate count variances to inventory control and warehouse leadership
• Follow all safety procedures and operate material handling equipment as trained
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area

Requirements

• High school degree or GED
• 0–1 year of warehouse, inventory, or related experience
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently and perform repetitive physical motions (squatting, bending, lifting)
• Ability to follow verbal and written standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Previous work experience in a medical manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP and Agile software
