Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse inventory levels through daily cycle count reconciliation
• Manage short code/problem inventory, rework, credits, adjustments, disposals, and fresh return to stock
• Utilize production and warehouse data to track capacity, analyze trends, and initiate actions
• Oversee month-end inventory processes, including analysis, period-end counting, and fill rate accuracy
• Maintain the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure accurate data updates
• Ensure consistent communication and information flow between shifts
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the warehouse
• Manage location audits, root cause analysis, and pick/receiving audits

Requirements

• Inventory experience, preferably within food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AS/400, WMS, and RF systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Experience managing projects within established deadlines
• Post-secondary education in supply chain, business administration, or a related field is preferred
