Inventory Coordinator

About the Company

In Common With is a design studio defining a new vocabulary for interiors, where old-world craft meets at-scale manufacturing. In 2024, they opened Quarters, a hybrid retail and hospitality destination in Tribeca.

Responsibilities

• Support processes for managing and coordinating transport of physical inventory
• Unpack, QC, and stock components and manage warehouse organization
• Flag discrepancies between ERP and Production regarding SKUs and component counts
• Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments (International, Local, and Small Parcel)
• Prepare and package orders for domestic and international shipments
• Allocate received items and components to scheduled client orders
• Assemble, wire, and test light fixtures following detailed instructions

Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in inventory coordination, preferably in design or luxury manufacturing
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and ERP Systems
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience and comfort with hand and power tools
• Ability to regularly lift 25 to 50 pounds multiple times a day
• Ability to stand for 90% of the workday
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience spanning both office-based and hands-on physical labor settings
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
