Inventory Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inwards goods on a FIFO basis following SOPs
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and complete daily cycle counts
• Maintain warehouse organization in line with 5S principles
• Deliver components, production kits, and Kanban materials to support production
• Pick, pack, and dispatch items and perform logistics runner tasks
• Move and replenish raw materials to relieve production bottlenecks
• Provide service-focused assistance to walk-up customer inquiries
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and wear required PPE

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to work a night shift schedule (Mon-Thurs, 3pm-1:30am)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in a stores environment within manufacturing, automotive, or aviation industries
• Hands-on experience in stock management and quality control
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
