About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and process inwards goods on a FIFO basis following SOPs
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and complete daily cycle counts
- Maintain warehouse organization in line with 5S principles
- Deliver components, production kits, and Kanban materials to support production
- Pick, pack, and dispatch items and perform logistics runner tasks
- Move and replenish raw materials to relieve production bottlenecks
- Provide service-focused assistance to walk-up customer inquiries
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and wear required PPE
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
- Ability to work a night shift schedule (Mon-Thurs, 3pm-1:30am)
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of experience in a stores environment within manufacturing, automotive, or aviation industries
- Hands-on experience in stock management and quality control
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
