About the role

Responsibilities

  • Order supplies for Outpatient Surgery and oversee the purchase and distribution of OR materials.
  • Collaborate with Surgical Services Managers and Team Leaders to identify inventory improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between the Operating Room, Materials Management, Sterile Processing, and Purchasing departments.
  • Receive supplies, equipment, and special orders, ensuring order accuracy and maintaining detailed inventory reports.
  • Manage inventory tasks including picking products, replenishing stock, requisitioning, shipping, and receiving.
  • Work closely with the surgery buyer to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work the 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
