Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Obey all safety guidelines and policies on the loading dock and in the warehouse to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Receive and verify purchase orders and stock items appropriately
• Pick and verify kits for production needs
• Complete physical inventories, cycle counts, random audits, and reconciliations
• Research and correct inventory discrepancies and perform necessary adjustments
• Identify, document, and quarantine any damaged products
• Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets and ensure compliance with hazardous material storage plans
• Complete incoming inspections of components in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team
• Operate various Material Handling Equipment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping & Receiving
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment
• Proficiency with MS Office or G-Suite applications
• Experience with domestic and international shipping processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing or sitting for extended periods
• Willingness to work in an environment with potential exposure to heat, cold, noise, fumes, strong magnets, or high voltage
