Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage warehousing and material management to ensure timely processing of shipping, receiving, and goods management
• Receive and verify purchase orders and stock items appropriately
• Pick and verify kits and complete physical inventories, cycle counts, and audits
• Research and correct inventory discrepancies and perform necessary adjustments
• Identify, document, and quarantine damaged products
• Assist in maintaining Material Safety Data Sheets and ensure compliance with hazardous material storage plans
• Complete incoming inspections of components in collaboration with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control team
• Operate various Material Handling Equipment and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of combined experience in Inventory Control or Shipping & Receiving
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment
• Proficiency in MS Office or G-Suite applications
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as standing or sitting for extended periods
• Willingness to work second shift (Monday - Friday, 12:00 pm - 9:30 pm)
