Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete process for both cyclic and monthly physical inventory counts.
• Supervise the correct and timely registration of all stock entries and exits.
• Manage the clarification and correction of movement discrepancies or record errors.
• Oversee the billing process and the timely application of credit notes.
• Analyze inventory results, investigate differences, and reconcile year-end inventory closures.
• Ensure timely system updates for non-conforming products and manage authorization for destruction.
• Control provisions related to product destruction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional license and certificate (Título y Cédula) are mandatory.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to travel and potential relocation if required.
