Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage timely processing of receipts and shipments, including international and dangerous goods
• Perform material movements both physically and systematically using ERP systems
• Execute warehousing tasks such as cycle counting, stock transfers, and material requests
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, to load and unload trucks
• Maintain a neat and safe work environment in compliance with FDA, OSHA, and company policies
• Communicate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Planning teams
• Assist management with troubleshooting and developing process improvement strategies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work occasional or regularly scheduled overtime
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree
• 4+ years of related experience in inventory or supply chain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
