About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory control processes and lead replenishment activities
- Manage bin zones and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Direct daily stock moves using the Replenishment Dashboard based on demand forecasts
- Maintain NetSuite bin records and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Lead daily cycle counts and perform root cause analysis for variances
- Build SOPs and deliver reports on inventory health and operational performance
Requirements
- 2+ years in a warehouse, distribution, or inventory environment
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with inventory management systems like NetSuite or RF-SMART
- Sharp analytical skills and ability to perform root cause analysis
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on NetSuite or comparable ERP experience
- Familiarity with RF-SMART and warehouse monitoring systems
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Knowledge of inventory control best practices and QA processes
