Inventory Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control activities and maintain accurate stock records
• Monitor stock movement to ensure alignment between physical and system records
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure stock availability
• Review inventory documentation and investigate quantity discrepancies
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock levels
• Prepare detailed inventory reports and support audits
• Manage the handling of returned, near-expiry, and expired items

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or retail operations
• Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, audits, and discrepancy investigation
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant inventory management systems
• Valid Driving License
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
