About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage all materials and inventory across on-site and off-site locations
- Receive, store, track, and control supplies for food, beverages, chemicals, and maintenance
- Provide daily support to the Kitchen team through inventory tracking and picking
- Conduct daily temperature monitoring of storage facilities
- Coordinate and facilitate access to inventory by organizing and conducting counts
- Stock shelves, coolers, and freezers
- Lead receiving of new products and manage delivery manifests
- Assist with sea container area snow removal and accessibility
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Valid driver's license
- Valid skid steer training or certificate
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in outdoor conditions and extreme weather
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to perform general lodge maintenance
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in hospitality or food and beverage
- Experience in cost control or supply chain coordination in remote camps or hotels
