Inventory Controller

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all inventory usage and storage requirements at the Kemps Creek facility
• Analyse inventory records to assess stock demand and ensure optimal stock levels
• Uphold inventory accuracy through routine physical inventories and cycle counting
• Proactively address inventory issues to minimise disruptions to customer and employee satisfaction
• Monitor and report on inventory records, including damaged stock, credit returns, and adjustments
• Execute stock transactions in alignment with customer reconciliation processes
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to company KPIs, Linfox standards, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in inventory management
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work a permanent roster (Monday to Friday 6am–2pm and every second Saturday 8am–4pm)
