Inventory Controller

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all inventory usage and storage requirements at the site in line with company budgets and plans
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical stocktakes
• Maintain accurate quantity data in the inventory management system and perform daily reconciliations
• Investigate variances and identify issues impacting inventory accuracy
• Provide accurate and timely reporting from company and customer systems
• Manage and investigate customer complaints to drive timely resolutions
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment to support an injury-free workplace

Requirements

• Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes
• Strong analytical, methodical, and process-driven skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
• Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a "can-do" approach
• SAP proficiency is highly regarded
