Inventory Controller

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory usage and storage at the Regency Park site to ensure stock accuracy and product integrity
• Analyse inventory records to assess stock demand and maintain optimal levels in collaboration with clients
• Uphold inventory accuracy through routine physical inventories and cycle counting
• Proactively address inventory issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize disruptions
• Monitor and report on inventory records, including damaged stock, credit returns, and stock adjustments
• Execute stock transactions in alignment with customer reconciliation processes
• Manage and track pallet inventory movements to ensure efficient warehouse flow
• Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Adhere to all company standards, policies, and Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) procedures

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in inventory control or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically intermediate MS Excel skills
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines
