Inventory Control Support - Senior

Responsibilities

• Receive, register, and store spare parts and goods, ensuring all entries and exits are recorded promptly.
• Manage warehouse organization, including shelf arrangement, coding of parts, and updating system locations.
• Execute Material Requirement Planning (MRP) processes to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Conduct full inventory counts and generate reports regarding working capital and stock consumption.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to manage returns of non-specification goods and handle consignment contract liquidations.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure proper storage conditions for all materials.
• Support internal and external stakeholders by providing counter service and managing documentation such as invoices and exit passes.
• Comply with all internal safety, health, environmental, and quality management systems (SGI, ISRS).

Requirements

• Proven experience in spare parts reception, registration, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in executing MRP (Material Requirement Planning) processes.
• Strong organizational skills for warehouse management and stock control.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments (Production, Purchasing, Finance) and external suppliers.
• Experience handling technical documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, and exit permits.
• Commitment to following strict safety and environmental legal requirements.
