About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily cycle counts, slot audits, and reconciliation of activities between client and warehouse management systems
  • Plan, execute, and reconcile physical inventories and research discrepancies
  • Prepare analysis reports regarding adjustment activities and recommend process improvements
  • Lead daily pre-shift meetings to discuss productivity, workload forecasting, and operational issues
  • Manage and develop personnel through coaching, training, and performance reviews
  • Ensure compliance with safety programs and OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records and adhere to corporate human resources policies

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field OR 1-5 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred)
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools or process improvement methodologies
