Inventory Control Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cycle counts, slot audits, and system reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy
• Plan, execute, and reconcile physical inventories and research discrepancies
• Prepare analysis reports regarding adjustment activities and recommend improvement initiatives
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to discuss productivity, workload forecasting, and operational issues
• Manage and develop personnel through coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and OSHA standards to maintain a secure work environment
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and adhere to corporate human resources policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field OR 1-5 years of supervisory experience
• High School Diploma required
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to stand and walk for 10-12 hours in a distribution center environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools or process improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
