About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform stocking and inventory management of hazardous chemicals and cleanroom/fab consumables
  • Receive, inspect, and route incoming materials and chemicals while ensuring accurate documentation
  • Monitor and restock Kanban materials based on production usage and requirements
  • Execute and manage material stock transactions using SAP
  • Conduct weekly physical inventory counts and reconcile with system data
  • Track material batch expiration dates and coordinate replacements
  • Prepare wafers for scrapping and coordinate shipment per company procedures
  • Maintain safety supplies and monitor yard space for appropriate disposal of pallets and crates
  • Ensure all material handling complies with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or materials support role
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and maintaining digital inventory records
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to work the specified shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday (5:45pm-6:00am)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for inventory management
  • Knowledge of chemical handling and safety protocols
  • Familiarity with Kanban systems and lean inventory practices
  • Prior experience in a cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing environment
