Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy by monitoring negative inventory and performing cycle counts
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies
• Execute receiving functions, including handling drop ship materials and maintaining quarantine locations
• Preserve the integrity of QA and outside warehouse locations through regular reporting
• Coordinate work orders and sub-supplier processes with other departments
• Process requisition requests and maintain invoice dashboards for accurate financial tracking
• Manage IPS uploads for CPD Freight and maintain materials in JDE
• Coordinate excess and obsolete write-offs and disposal

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two years of automotive experience working with OEM and Tier customers
• Proficiency in JD Edwards and Future 3 Automotive Release software
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional education in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management
• Prior experience in warehouse inventory control or asset management
