Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring proper organization and storage of products
• Perform daily cycle counts and reconcile actual stock counts to address discrepancies promptly
• Verify warehouse picks and production RTS to confirm accuracy of part codes, quantities, and lot numbers
• Perform data entry for various inventory transactions to ensure documentation and databases match
• Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and variances
• Provide support throughout warehouse and production areas to ensure smooth processes
• Participate in continuous process improvement and update SOPs

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience in inventory control
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory databases
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing records
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment involving walking, standing, and proximity to moving mechanical parts

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the Nutraceutical or Pharmaceutical industry
• Associate degree or higher in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management
