About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory record accuracy and integrity through efficient management procedures.
  • Initiate and maintain a cycle count strategy, making system adjustments and analyzing results for corrective action.
  • Establish and execute slotting programs and bin verification programs using available tools.
  • Determine the disposition of damaged or expired products and manage the recoup process.
  • Support product recall and vendor return processes through physical identification and segregation.
  • Coordinate physical inventory warehouse preparation, cutoff activities, and reconciliation.
  • Review and analyze weekly sync reports to identify and correct error causes.
  • Process perpetual inventory adjustments to match physical inventory movement.
  • Monitor replenishment and ensure products are cubed and stored correctly to optimize capacity.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management procedures and warehousing terminology.
  • Proficiency in mathematics and analytical problem-solving.
  • Experience with mainframe computers and related applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach lifts and order picker lifts.
  • Proficiency with RF units and inventory reporting software.
