About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and secure all inventory within the parts room
- Maintain daily logs of inventory items used and received via JDE
- Perform daily physical inventories and monthly cycle counts
- Set up and maintain parts and tools on shelves for efficient retrieval
- Monitor the accuracy of inbound inventory and outbound shipments
- Generate reports to maintain adequate stock levels and restock parts as needed
- Coordinate with administration for the JDE purchase order process
- Operate heavy equipment including forklifts and overhead cranes
- Research and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized inventory room and equipment
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven experience in warehouse or inventory control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office
- Mechanical abilities and basic math skills
- Forklift certification
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to pass pre- and post-employment drug and alcohol tests
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JDE software
- One or more years of experience in oilfield work or a related field
