Inventory Control Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Manage and process internal tickets with limited supervision
• Process equipment returning to secured inventory stockrooms
• Execute physical movements of inventory within the data center
• Participate in regularly scheduled inventory-related meetings
• Assist in training new and existing controllers
• Stock materials following industry handling standards
• Process hard drives through drive wiping and destruction processes
• Complete all necessary shipping and receiving documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of inventory experience or familiarity with industry standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email clients (including rules and folder organization)
• Basic knowledge of integrated inventory control systems
• Basic knowledge of the cycle counting process
• Basic shipping and receiving experience
• Ability to lift 60 lbs overhead

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic and computer components
