Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system records
• Analyze inventory data and generate reports on stock levels and movements
• Identify discrepancies between records and physical counts and investigate root causes
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures and best practices to improve accuracy
• Support the training of operations teams on newly implemented inventory control procedures
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and warehouse teams to drive continuous process improvement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or above
• 3+ years of experience as an Inventory Control Specialist or in a similar role
• 2+ years of experience in Pharmacy Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements including SOX, FDA, CGMP, and GDP
• Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, ePRO, SAP)
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks including standing and walking for extended periods
• Ability to work with Hazardous Drugs (HD) while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
