Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts based on ABC inventory classifications
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical and system inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems (TipTop/SAP)
• Research inventory variances and determine root causes
• Maintain organized warehouse locations with proper inventory labeling
• Process inventory transactions accurately and timely within TipTop/SAP
• Support production teams by ensuring inventory availability and accuracy
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse processes

Requirements

• Experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
• Problem-solving skills to identify root causes of variances
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or TipTop
• Experience in material flow or supply chain management
