Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy within ERP/WMS systems
• Process inventory transactions including receipts, transfers, adjustments, returns, and shipments
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation and investigate discrepancies
• Conduct cycle counts and support physical inventory activities
• Analyze inventory variances and identify root causes
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and Finance teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports and track KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company inventory control policies and procedures
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain experience in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing facility for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• Experience in battery manufacturing, automotive, or high-volume manufacturing
