Inventory Control Specialist - DSCSA

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts, including routine, cycle, and physical inventories
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies such as shortages, overages, and misplaced items
• Manage inbound and outbound DSCSA requirements for product traceability compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to missing or incomplete EPCIS data
• Generate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional responses between Operations, IT, Inventory, and Customer Support
• Monitor inventory freshness and integrity, identifying damaged or expired products
• Coordinate Freight Collect shipments and manage shipped status items and tracking

Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
• Strong mathematical abilities and data entry skills
• Ability to safely and effectively operate battery-powered MHE Equipment (Forklift, Reach Truck, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP or Acumax)
• Previous exposure to pharmaceutical supply chain compliance
