Inventory Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules
• Coordinate audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure necessary resources are assigned
• Provide daily written and electronic analysis and statistics regarding inventory and quality audit results
• Perform spot audits on unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel
• Document audit results using Excel spreadsheets
• Collaborate with supervisors to identify trends or processes requiring corrective action

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 5+ years of related work experience
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and word processing
• Strong audit skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
