About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and publish weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules
- Coordinate audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors to ensure necessary resources are assigned
- Provide daily written and electronic analysis and statistics regarding inventory and quality audit results
- Perform spot audits on unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping personnel
- Document audit results using Excel spreadsheets
- Collaborate with supervisors to identify trends or processes requiring corrective action
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and word processing
- Strong audit skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a cooperative, team-oriented environment
