Inventory Control

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies
• Investigate and resolve variances in collaboration with relevant departments
• Coordinate with the procurement team to place orders for materials and supplies
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Enter and update inventory data in the system and maintain organized records
• Work closely with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless processes
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover, and other relevant metrics

Requirements

• Previous experience in inventory management or a related role
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift and move moderate loads during inventory audits
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional certifications in inventory management
