Inventory Control Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse departments to meet daily requirements, business goals, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, product reconciliations, and troubleshooting discrepancies
• Update computerized inventory records using cubiscan machines and RF functions
• Train and mentor new or newly assigned team members on standard operating procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and identify areas of risk related to theft to implement preventative measures
• Coordinate with other warehouse leads to ensure seamless distribution center activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company safety guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2-3 years of related experience in warehouse or inventory control
• Proficiency in basic math and computer operations
• Ability to operate hand and power equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks consistently and accurately
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds as required
