Inventory Control Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the cycle count program across the Distribution Center and production facility, including scheduling, reconciliation, and variance resolution
• Investigate discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and ensure accurate SAP adjustments
• Monitor SAP inventory transactions to maintain system integrity and support S/4HANA transformation efforts
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Production, Materials, and Finance to ensure accurate material movements and WIP tracking
• Deliver key inventory metrics such as accuracy, variances, and aging to identify improvement opportunities
• Support audits, year-end inventory, and ensure compliance with SOX and corporate standards
• Maintain SOPs and uphold physical inventory control standards regarding storage, labeling, and organization

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is strongly preferred)
• Forklift certification or the willingness to obtain certification
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively across different functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cycle counting and formal inventory control processes
• Exposure to 3PL or freight systems (e.g., DHL)
